An interesting article on the Statler Hotel in Cleveland. Yes, that Statler. The first hotel opened in Buffalo in 1907 with Cleveland following in 1912. Ellsworth Milton Statler's will established the Statler Foundation and the eventual Statler Inn then Statler Hotel on campus.
